after ditching retainers just means your bite’s already shifting you didn’t unlock some hidden palate expansion pack, you’re just in the early stages of relapse. enjoy it before your teeth go back to the state they were in before braces. I had to undergo a second procedure where they had to realign my teeth, it was a pain in the ass and it took a whole ass year.

yeah if you were 12 when you ditched them and it’s been years, your bite’s probably good for now. if your teeth are still straight, you good and you dont gotta worry
