I need to add density to my existing straight hairline, doc said 800 grafts. Im afraid to lose my exisiting hair.
Did anyone have a hair transplant between native hair to increase density? Did it make your native hair fall our

Probably some shock loss but it wouldnt make that hair go away permanently

Is shock loss telogen effluvium or a lack of blood supply to native hair? I dont have mpb (derm confirmed + 2 year photos) but HT surgeon says in rare cases shock loss can be permanent. I dont care if its temporary but if its permanent then im fucked
