Did anyone have cystic acne?

I used to get some cystic acne on the left side of my chin.I always got into blood rages and started stabbing it with needles.

I get some on the back from time to time. I am now on doxycycline and a sulfur cleanser. I started last week.

I also had something strange on my chest. I had an inflammed bump and I said that I won't touch it. After a week or so I noticed that it's turning black, so I popped it and blood started coming out of it :/

I had Disgusting Acne on nose and chin for 4 fucking years from 12-16 I got bullied an called Rudolph the red nose reindeer. Also people said I have a whiskey nose and nobody liked me In that period of my life...
