Did anyone have good midface improvements from MSE/MARPE?

I'll get it anyway to fix my nasal breathing and sleep apnea but i'm wondering if i should hope for some decent aesthetic result for my maxilla.
Can't find any good result online for now they all seem negligible or look worse in case of over expansion.

Additionally, did you guys see any widening of the lips?

It should for at least some patients i've seen a girl getting mogger lips width from small mouth with just 6 mm expansion but also some people don't see any width increase at all , i'm getting custom marpe for this reason too and will ask for lip width increase if possible

The results always appear to be dentoalveolar.
I've never seen a result where the upper mid face is affected like many users seem to claim here.
Apart from one a pscyho who used a face mask at the same time. Litteraly almost doing a leforte 3

The facemask's effects are mainly dentoalveolar as well.
The sutures of the upper maxilla start fusing much earlier than the upper jaw - which starts around 11-12.

Here's a girl who used reverse pull gear from a very young age (6 years old).

As you can see, she still has midfacial hypoplasia - even in adulthood:

It's difficult to believe MSE and fm could actually achieve this considering we don't get those kind of results in children whose sutures haven't even sealed yet.

I'm skeptical. In this animation, the orbits literally become upturned. It looks like a morph to me.

Do you have the visual before and after as well?
