Yes,

HGH can boost bone growth and overall height if growth plates (epiphyseal plates) are still open. So basically most effective when you are a kid, i'd say under 16. After the growth plates close (typically by the late teens to early 20s), HGH cannot increase height. In adults, HGH may increase bone density but not length. Okay so HGH, peptides, or other therapies can improve bone density but they will not make you taller after growth plates have closed. Only LL surgery will save you.
