not talking about getting big, just fit and healthy
Did anyone get more comfortable and confident with strangers?
Easier to make friends?

My confidence was the first thing that improved since most of my insecurities stemmed from having body dysmorphia

It really did improve for me. To an extent that people would make room for me to pass in a crowded club

Yeah ppl are much nicer to me. As a 200lb man vs when i was 155lb. I had to be the friendly one back then.

Yes.. especially if you are in circles where people aren't that fit. I think It's a big halo IF you are humble about it. Increased confidence(at least at first.. just wait till body dysmorphia kicks in). A LOT more confident in my skin(been working out for 6-7 years) which has helped me enormously when it comes to talking to anyone I would want to. Don't feel the need to prove yourself, you're already proven if you have an exemplary physique.

Yes, life is a lot easier if you go from super skinny to lean and muscular.

I used to be 6'1 60kgs as a teen, people would treat me awfully. Now I'm currently 78kgs and lean and I get treated much better. Part of that is age I'm sure, but people now identify me as a decently fit guy.

My normie friend beard + roidmaxxed and he regularly slays pretty decent women
