Did anyone try polyphasic sleeping for more productivity?

ohh my bad haha, so it went well? how did you feel compared to sleeping monophasic?
the best recommendation for any poly schedule is cold turkey, so u will be waking up to the alarms no matter what, this means alot of the times for the first few weeks, you will not hit sws nor fall asleep during naps, it will be hard to adapt to for the first few weeks

and yes, it was worth it in the end

No I'm employed. So look, I am 15 (closed plates so I don't value sleep anymore) and I have school from 08:00-16:15, then work from 16:45-18:30 then I come home (haven't eaten all day) and 20:00 I'm going gym so I don't got a lot of time to get schoolwork done and some side hustles so I was wondering about a different sleep schedule or some alternative idk pls don't flame me I was just looking around and curious

Polyphasic won't work, how do you expect to fit so many 1.5h naps within your schedule? Maybe you could try segmented sleep tho, like sleep from 00:00 to 04:30 and then from 19:00 to 20:30, go to the gym a bit later and meal prep so you can eat at work if you have breaks or while commuting and save time.

i researched this alot, and its HARD AS SHIT. esp as yo usaid 1.5 hours 5-6 times a day.

practically best would be sleep 6-7 (siv seveeeeen) at night and get like 20 mintues naps at day.

I can’t even sleep a solid 6 hours anyway but as a wagie there’s no time for napping.

Yeah I saw a lot of people online who just couldn't get used to it
