I was thinking of doing this after post needling but i was too scared to then after 3 days almost 72 hours post needling i saw this reel popping out our mewbrah salludon
Then tonight i used tret after 3 days does it gonna help anything or im doing it wrong idk if sallubhai meant to use it right after needling.
