I would imagine his deteriating looks played a part in his suicide, but I doubt they were the primary reason. The truth is we will never know. Avicii was probably surrounded by vain people, gold diggers and clout chasers. This is not going to be good for your mental health. However there could be a lot of other reasons why he roped, there is no point in speculating.

Also as a sidenote, good looking people still rope. While looks is a huge fucking halo, it isn't a universal fix ot all of lifes issues.
