in thise case it was his coloring that drastically changed and his misc, hes obv also more angular, but his ''bones'' never changed side by side

His lower third is wide in his streams as well it's just that he can't clench whilst speaking which lowers his angularity, making his jaw look "worse"

His bizygonial width is the same. His masseteric insertions just aren't ideal enough for him to maintain angularity, even when speaking
