I don't know if it's larp considering he originated from posting on here and Giant will operate on almost anyone.

He's just made surgery part of his brand on TikTok now so that's why he's still going with Bimax.

Honestly, Bimax itself probably won't botch him - but the implant plans he has will. His jaw is already almost too wide and the implants will widen it further with the jaw angles he has planned. Guy literally wants to become Minecraft Steve.
