Did corticosteroids work for my nose or am I coping?

I don’t want any ratings as I already know I’m in the LTN territory lmao. Just wanted to see if there is a difference in my nose or am I being biased. I didn’t use hydrocortisone. Pics are like 7 months apart since I stumped upon the forum

Accutane will probably be miles better but I can’t get it prescribed

How are they suboptimal when they’re the same angle? Also even if there were any improvements they aren’t gonna be nose job size reduction. They only thin the skin to an extent which I think the solution kinda did

My vision is godawful so take this with a grain of salt but I think it might've actually done something. Looks better imo

I think the only thing that would make a difference would be Accutane as I’ve seen it work for people with noses like me. My mom is European but my dad is black and I got most of his features which includes an oily nose with sabascious filaments so I guess it might work. Can’t get it prescribed though
