did developing gyno as a 13/14 year old stunt my growth?

Ive been thinking about this for a while, and I just now put the pieces together,

I was always fat growing up and near average height, not morbidly obese but still fat. Both of my parents aren't short (my mother is 5'5 and my father is 5'11), I ended up right in the middle at 5'8

if I remember correctly I developed gyno when I was 13 and it worsened slightly then stopped at 14, it was only stage 1 and it continued that way until I had surgery a few months ago. I had one huge growth spurt and that was it, it was from 155-157 to 167 then slow growth to 173 this was from 13-15 covid time

My brother (15) is already at my height but he's on the other side of the scale, he had always been skinny.

I also had my test levels checked a bunch of times and it was always normal, latest one I did was 625, and Iam clean

a lot of factors play into this like;
  • me looking very similar to my mother, both body and face, both of us have balanced proportions with longer wingspans (+-10 cm), my brother and father have longer legs with wingspans that are similar to their heights (+-1-2 cm)

  • my nutrition was peak growing up 3 meals a day that were full of protein and vegetables, but I was always eating candy whenever I got my hands on it (no surprise considering I was comparable to an enlarged Twinkie bar)

    I just want to know from a medical standpoint, was I just meant to be a bit short, or did I just get fucked by gyno?

Im pretty sure that being fat slightly stunts height in puberty.

My best guess is 1-3cm if you were overweight, 4cm+ if obese tbh
