Did diet (raw, carbless, whole food, etc) get rid of your guys’s sicknesses/allergies?

What has it done for you guys?

This might be placebo but I havent gotten sick since eating more whole foods, im not on carbless though and its not perfect but Id say in 80 whole/meat - 20 carbs/junk and I haven’t been like bed ridden sick for a few years now.

I still get allergies though but they arent as strong. Im also anti vax

Maybe if i go all the way?

Not entirely sure I started accidentally at 16 Ive always had a good immune system. I started intentionally at 18 and never got sick until new years because bad raw liver

if ur young i swear u can eat whatever the fuck you want and be healthy unless you have food allergies or the food is obviously goyslop

improve other areas too, its not just diet

for example HIIT improves immune system health. long distance cardio worsens immune system health temporarily but then makes it slightly better after recover. sleep matters. air quality. u prolly know all this already
