For rhinoplasty, with arguably the best surgeon in my area. We went over everything, turns out I need a septoplasty (which was most obvious), reducing the bulbous part, and reducing the hump. In his simulations, my appearance looks MUCH better after rhino. Obviously I have other things that also need work (hairline/balding, skin, lower bodyfat, maybe chin implant) but this one is what's really killing my looks. Cost: A little over $8000.
