If we had mpb in our pubes then losing the hair in the head would be meaningless. You have to remember that its all about demonstrating how strong your genes are, and only the strongest individuals keep some human traits that are usually lost on people, therefore making them desirable.

Plus the fact that being tall is attractive is because youre "taller" than the average, therefore more unique and desirable. If the average height was 5'2 and you were 5'9 you would be tall chad.
