I followed @Arborist and @BrahminBoss advice and went very high weights and lifted till failure. Now my muscles feel sore after a very long ass time.

I have also started eating alot of random stuff, mostly bananas, roti, dipping bananas in peanut butter and eating it, chicken patties etc etc

I think i will looksmin myself by going high caloric diet in instant and will bloat my face but well, once i bulk up, i will just do cutting again cux summers r nearly here.

Btw i am 61 kg rn @ 6'1

I can’t bulk now as I need to lose a lot of weight. Atleast this summer first time in life I want to be skinny. Gj tho

Yeah tbh lifting to failure is the only way to go

Yea i learnt it the harsh way. Just go full heavy and lift till failure, doesnt matter if 20 reps or 5 reps

Change it up bro . Never go below 5 tho since ur aim is size ideally 8-12 but sometimes 5 sometimes 20 can be refreshing and also depends on you as well a bit. Some suit higher reps more some lower.

there's no way around looking like shit for a while if you want to look good naturally, just watch the scale and make sure your weight doesn't go up too rapidly.

I'd post my intermediate pictures from when I'm fat in the winter but they're honestly embarrassing, I didn't pile on muscle without gaining fat, I just don't post the pictures that show it.

I have posted my routine repeatedly, I do compounds 4x a week and isolations on my days off.

most of your role model influencers are weak as fuck and don't know how to train.
