did hard mewing fuck up my upper and lower teeth alignment?

I've been mewing, hard mewing, chewing, chin tucks and I think my upper teeth aren't aligning to my bottom teeth biting down. Can this happen? should i stop hard mewing

u are probably clenching in your sleep you developed bruxism and possibly blew out your jaw joint

stop before u get TMD and go into an ortho u probably arent mewing right

I probably did fuck up my jaw, it was hurting like 2 days ago but better now, I've stopped chewing as much. As for mewing, I swallow, create a vacuum making sure tongue is on back, center and just behind teeth and make sure my teeth aren't touching just close together
