Yes, much better. It did not make him handsome, but the masculine jaw instantly makes him less of a child and more of a man. He looks like less of a pushover, but he is still insanely skinny with a weak ass neck.

Might be the eye area that is fucking him up. Needs filler/fat grafts to get rid of his upper eyelid exposure for sure. Also a lower eyelid retraction as well.

Plus the giraffe, scrawny neck does not match the chiseled jaw look so I'm sure people will know he is frauding hard. Also he looks sickly pale. When you're ugly, it's usually because there is an underlying health issue somewhere, and this dude doesn't look too healthy when I first see the image. Seems like he's trying to put a bandaid over what needs more drastic help.

A lot of these jaw filler before and afters look a bit uncanny. Obviously better than having a weak jawline, but uncanny none the less.
