Basically there are three ways to increase IPD
Orbital Box Osteotomy which nobody will get
Modified Lefort 3- Sinn said he can increase up to 6mm
MSE - maximum 1-2mm with 10-12mm expansion also the deeper drilled MSE the better IPD gains

How? I've never heard about this or seen a result like this and I've been on jawsurgeryforums for years. Nobody ever mentioned Modified LF3 could increase IPD, and idk how this is possible without performing box osteotomy. Do you have any quotes or pics of this MLF3 that increases IPD, could you show Dr Sinn's statements/pics of this? Thanks
