They would have definitely changed ur development, but mess it up? Probably not, unless you mega dosed. People exaggerate the impact peptides have on the body while also undermining their risks. They would have had some effect on it though.

Edit: For example, your second largest predictor is your diet. It plays a larger role in development than taking peptides for development. The first largest predictor is your genetics. Peptides are like wringing out a almost dry towel for any drop of moisture (in this case your wringing your genetics to the bone for maximum height)
