I would say good given the time frame, think u should make eyebrows thicker and grow out ur hair

started taking topical minoxidil and oral at the same time then I stopped but ima continue fs

Looking better def. in regards to the other improvement solutions, i'd add in something to whiten your sclera. It improves your health indicators which is something I believe you lack

In terms of whitening the sclera there aren't many other options than drops, which are a temporary fix and comes with it's own side effects. I've read that blocking UV can help but it is a horrible solution - forcing you to wear UV-blocking glasses all day.

One thing i noticed is that your zygo projection looks insane. You look lean but try to debloat, get leaner to get rid of the face fat and puffiness. Get on a better diet since that may be the reason for the bloating. Recently I have stayed inside and infront of screens a lot too, and i feel that my skin, eyes, and overall appereance looks worse and moer unhealthy. I'd say limit isolation and screen time as much as possible, especially before bed
