did i buy too strong pregab

i bought 300 mg capsules from my indiamart vendor cause they where the same price as the 150mg. ive never used pregab before did i fuck up?
have heard of some ngas taking 600 mgs so id assume im good but will it fuck me up tremendously?

theyre capsules not tablets bro its filled with powder
