I statyed taking diuretics now rn on 50mg epl and 12,5 mg hctz ed should i continıe and be consistent with diuretics or should i do fat dissolvers. Btw i fearmonger fat dissolvers because im afraid of looking to gaunted honestly

Some guy told me that the debloat takes more then 3-4 weeks on diuretics and told me to be consistent ive been on it for 1 week and i dont look any debloated still
no the rebound takes time we can simply find from google too
you will get enough sodium from diet
