You did anavar for 10 weeks, anavar doesn't aromatize into estrogen so you probably your HPTA wasn't shut down hard. That's why you feel okay despite you never did PCT - your recovery was easy for your body without PCT meds. So your hormonal profile is likely back to baseline which means the tissue won't grow anymore. However another question is, will it dissapear on it's own? It's not 100% sure, but it is possible. That's why I suggested nolvadex for 1 month at 20mg daily, because it will for sure destroy the remaining tissue and you are not gambling on possible scenarios.
