Btw first day is there any effects? My friend used 80 mg and he pissed a lot but there was barely any changes to his face. It was his first time using it

He took it 2 hours before bed and he did piss like 2 times. After he went to sleep and woke up in like 10 hours he pissed like crazy , but still no effects
