Did I fuck up my erda dilution? No sides on Day 8

I bought 129mL of lemon extract, poured it into a jar, let a gram of the powder in, closed the jar and shook it to dissolve it.
After 24 hours idle the powder is still perfectly dissolved with no clumps or uneven distribution.
Every day I use an oral syringe to take about 1mL, squirt it in my mouth, and down it with some water.
I'm on Day 8 and I have virtually no sides.
Am I doing this properly?

Ive never heard of lemon extract as a method, so mayb it fucked up its bioavailability or smth. that sucks if you wasted the g, maybe try 1.5ml or 2ml/d and see if theres any changes. your best bet would prob be to just use all of it consistently

anyway the only sides ive had is a headache on like day 3 which was 99% unrelated
but the good thing is i grew 1/4 inch in the first week so its probably working

erda just increases growth velocity, for me im just maximizing my phase of high growth velocity
my bone age is 12.6, ive grown about 4 inches in the last 6 months and 7-8 in the last year completely naturally, so erda should bring me more of the same, or at least maintain my current velocity

either way, it all depends on ur results. if u get neither results nor sides u fucked it up, if u get results but no sides then ur blessed like me, if u get results and sides ur normal
