Did i fucked up my development?

Im 6'1.5" while my parents are only 5'6
I don't have any tall person in my family tree except my black 6'6 great grand father

I have the BBC but i don't know about my height, If I hadn't been sedentary during my puberty could I have gotten any closer to my great-grandfather's height?

The genetic/epi genetic debate is delicate so it's hard to get a clear answer on the subject, I guess... And I know I can't complain since im way taller than my parents and everyone in the street but im having a little feeling of disappointement

Unless you are malnourished or have some disease that causes you to stunt your growth, your development is most likely fine.

I haven't been able to maximize my genetic potential and it just drives me crazy, and im 18 anyway i can still grow up until im 21 so i have hope

I'm High E, i think that can stunt growth since estrogens inhibits bone resorption

highly doubt it. if both parents are 5'6'' you're already waaaaaay past what was expected of you. your 6'6'' ancestor didn't have whatever genes caused your parents to be shorter, genes which you definitely have as well (but to a lesser extent)

No usually height is determined by genetic factors only. Only facial development can be altered by environmental factors (Soft foods, mouthbreathing, posture)
