Wtf man I fasted for 4 days and ended up at 226 and I ate good for 3 after and im all the way up to 240 again wtf how much fat could've I have gained

You are just holding a ton of water weight. You phyisically cannot gain that much fat within that timeframe.

If you went on a kcal deficit for 1-2 days your weight would plummet again.
