I don’t understand. My strength in the gym is going up but my waist is staying the same circumference and my weight on the scale is going down. Did my abdominal muscles just get bigger and that’s why circumference barely changed? I’ve been training them well for the past few months. I’ve lost about a pound. Did I just lose fat in my hips? I’m really afraid that I could be losing muscle but again, my strength is only going up and I get 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight.

Except why did my weight go down while my strength went up?
how much weight u lose? also if you're working out more and cutting carbs your stored glycogen levels are depleting which means you also lose water not just fat

Probably 15%
hmm maybe you need to be lower to get rid of them tbh but if you're attempting to gain muscle its gonna be hard to cut down to 12% while trying to gain muscle tbh

which one is before and after
