did i glow down sense the summer

if you can’t tell the picture with the blue background is now. sense the picture of me in the summer i’m always bloated and barley go to the gym now have no motivation and i gained like a couple pound of fat but and losing it again because u haven’t really been eating lately i think i genuily glowed down my acne is everywhere it doesn’t go away i think maybe if i fix my diet i can help it but idk does anyone have any tips to try and get back to how i was before everything went down hill
