Got no fucking shit ass effects i hopped on with 2 other friends and they dont feel shit either is this normal

im 9 days in and dont know if i should higher my dose at first i used 0.5 went up on 1 still dont feel shit.

Can someone confirm if i got scammed or i just should wait or maybe that my dose is too small

reta is not that strong for appetite suppression btw , tirz is a lot better for that. But reta spares muscles more so overall reta is better for healthy weight loss without raping your body and becoming a skeleton.
