Did I have PCT or neutral canthal tilt as a 5 y/o?

I have relatively severe NCT, enough to make me look scared/sad all the time, but from this pic that's eye-level, it looks like I did not have NCT as a child, how is this possible? I am recessed even in the pic, but even more so now as an adult. I thought eye area was completely genetic?

well u r just wrong. Its not completely genetic. the format of the eye can be genetic, but your eye is supported by bone structure. Bone structure that can grow vertically, dreducing the support of the eye. That makes someone have NCT.

well u r just wrong. Its not completely genetic. the format of the eye can be genetic, but your eye is supported by bone structure. Bone structure that can grow vertically, dreducing the support of the eye. That makes someone have NCT.

ahh yes no u still have the pct but u have lacking under eyelid and general undereye support making your eyes look droopy and nct looking
