I left them out in the open for like an hour and when I saw them they were completely rock hard, literally could break them half if I squeezed too hard, I put them back in solution but will they still be wearable?

If your contacts dried out and went rock hard, they’re not safe to wear anymore. Even if you put them back in solution, the structure is damaged and bacteria can get in. Best thing is to throw them away and use a fresh pair.
