Did i make myself worse through surgery ?

Hi i am a 18 year old from Belgium, my English wont be perfect so sorry for that. I always have felt the need for surgery, I wanted to do what Kylie Jenner did. Not the same procedures but the whole surgery transformation. I got my first consultation when i was 15, i got denied because i was too young. At 16 i flew out of the country to Armenia to get a nosejob. After my nosejob i had microblading done. At 17 i started with injections, corticosteroids in my nose to make it smaller and lip/cheekfiller. I also have appointments for laser treatments for my red skin/ rosacea.
In about 3 months im getting jaw and cheekbone augmentation. I have one more consultation left with the surgeon, we will talk about if im getting bimax or implants or bimax and implants after recovery.

I have had mixed opinions, some people really like how i look now and some say i look horrible. Not sure how to feel, what do you guys think ?

I believe the first thing any man should do is lose weight. before you do any surgeries lose weight until you are 20% body fat.. take pictures keep dropping weight take pictures... keep dropping and depending on how your face changes, you can pinpoint what looks good.

Not every man looks good at 10% body fat because of how narrow the face can become.

I would not continue with the surgeries and optimize everything you can change naturally...

even if I had millions of dollars, I would still wait.

I fully agree with you. I have lost weight before the surgeries because i thought it would be useless injecting/operating on a face thats not lean. Im waterfasting now so i can be fully lean untill the big surgery, bimax has to be done anyways because im not symmetrical. But i will take your advice and see how my face will look when having a low bf and then decide if i want to exaggerate features with implants. Thanks for the comment )

Second that. But 20% bf is too high, you should go as low as necessary for a lean, angular face, rather than focusing on pure numbers. Visible abs (unflexed) with prominent abdominal vascularity is a good reference point for untrained people

You used to have a good eye area pre-surgery, that's the only way you made yourself look worse, your "bones" are good now though which is an improvement. Nose looks better from the side profile (or rather a 3/4 view as we call it here).

He 100% needs bimax. Look at his lip competence. The reason his nose looks gay is because he has a recessed maxilla and the doctor gave him a small nose on top of it, which is a feminine trait. I have a similar issue after getting rhinoplasty with a recessed maxilla, although not even close to this extent.
