how could a panorama distort the angle? even if i dont measure to the chin but to the corner tooth it didnt change the angel by more than +1 or -1 degree

Not on bones, bones usually have lower and then it will look higher because of masseters etc

Ideal on bones is closer to 100 he is fooling you, gonial angle with soft tissue usually becomes higher

Yes it looks good, but it depends on the gonial width and the projection mostly, the length forward. And also the the frontal angle
