You would need a side ct for better measure
how could a panorama distort the angle? even if i dont measure to the chin but to the corner tooth it didnt change the angel by more than +1 or -1 degree

Yes I mean it wouldn't change much, your angle is ideal. That's good

Not on bones, bones usually have lower and then it will look higher because of masseters etc

Yes it looks good, but it depends on the gonial width and the projection mostly, the length forward. And also the the frontal angle
