I am already 18 I looksminned myself besides mewing my whole life, not too badly though but I often sleep only 5-6 hours ever since i am 15 on the weekends i sleep like 10 though.

I only did workouts in my basement, never did sports, always had trash posture other than mewing, never took a supplement, never was out in the sun, always dehydrated and hungry.

Did I miss out on looksmaxxing with supplements like vitamin d? If I am 18 right now am I missing out on any suplement that can help me and my testosterone a lot, I think I have a low testosterone level.
