These aren't really problems. Near all scanadvians have tall skulls. Having lip volume is aesthetic in general, although not consistent with male sexual dysmorphism. If your really high on male sexual dysmorphisms you look like shit anyways so its hardly ideal.

Interesting honestly a lower bleth might fix all this. Canthal titl, check junction, undereye hollows. It address them all. Maybe add some cheek volume. Then probably HTN

Ask them too about volumazation of undereye and check area. Fatgrafting is ideal but may not work at your BF, so small amounts of HA is next best option.


Fortunately for you all this is relatively cheap, low risk, and hard for any real plastic surgeon to fuck up.
