Did I stunt my growth by not getting enough nutrition and vitamins?

When I was 3 I had my abdomen radiated which resulted in bone/growth plate damage thus eventually leading to shorter stature. If i ate more nutrious foods so I had more stuff like calcium and vitamin D would this have helped since it could have rebuilt the damage parts?
