Did i stunt my growth or that's cope?

I was 175cm at 13 and now only 177cm and i did strict diets during puberty because retarded parents. Calculators say i should be 185 cm are they cope?

I have the same issue, the calculators used to put me as about 193-195cm and I did a pretty long and aggressive cut during what I think was some of my peak growth and now I'm 188ish. Not complaining at all though, but still. What makes me think this is because as soon as I stopped cutting I grew another inch or two very quickly.

I cut very hard for like 2 years idk if it has nerfed me 10 cm or not

Probably cope, it's based on findings and data, but not entirely true for all people.

Diet might also be the factor.

For me, the calculator measured my potential height to be more than 2cm my current height. I fucked up most of my health in my teen years eating junk, but was kinda fat so my body probably has the energy to grow

Ye being fat and eating a lot still makes you grow but i noticed after i did this strict long diet i stopped growing and only grew 2 cm

yeah it probably stunted your growth at least a bit. The height calculators usually aren't accurate at all but if you were doing a strict deficit for 2 yrs its very likely.

Man i could have been at least htn i think 182cm+ was pretty realistic
