Did I take finnasteride too young?

I started taking finnasteride at 19.5 years old. I wasn’t experiencing male pattern baldness but my hair density’s wasn’t as thick as it used to be (I used to have very thick hair). I hopped on it because I was terrified of being bald. My concern is that taking finnasteride affected my facial fat migration. Am I over exaggerating? Also did taking finnasteride affected my beard development? I shave every day but notice the density is not as strong adjacent to my lips (small patch on either side). I am 21.

You are probably overthinking, I have been on dute since for over a year(im 19) and haven't felt a single bad side effect, my dick just grew larger, prob just accelarated the growth i would get anyway

Luckily I’ve never experienced any side effects tho I have a couple friends that got some bad sides (what are the odds considering the percent of sides is so low)

i dont recomend inhibitjng dht blockers under the age of 21 tbh or even at all. stay far away unless you really need them . they do more harm then good

Can you explain in specific what is so bad about it? Penile development is complete by 18 which is the main concern.
