is it a fraud you can actually do? or will it wash off when you get in water or is it a tint that can last days??

Could just be well maintained lashes. Lots of curries have thick dark lashes like this naturally and occasionally non-curries have them too.

Yeah it's called tinting. Same for brows.

Unsure as I haven't really delved into it myself. I just know it's a thing. If you look up eyelash tinting you'll find a couple results and videos that should inform you more on it.
