that’s what i think, many people say buccal fat removal but i think bf since he literally 7-9%

He already has a good bone structure underneath the fat he had in his face and lost tones of weight in preparation for the marathon he did. I use to think he got buccal fat removal but now I doubt it and just think he lost crazy amounts of weight and debloated.
