In the pictures where his nose is wider, notice that he’s smiling, the nose tip will often Widen when you smile. Especially in blacks it’s noticeable because if thicker & larger nose.

Definitely not. Look at the upper part of his nose bridge. Completely thinned out, looks normal.

When he was younger, look at the top part of his nose. Is visibly wider. He leaned out a lot this season so it might've been leanmaxxing. He's also frowning somewhat in the second pic so his nose should look wider - it doesn't.
