I read on google he got fillers for jaw and lips. Biamx should remove nasolabial folds since usually it’s made using also implants for cheeks (angelina jolie got bimax + malar implants)

I thought he looked like shit at first but then I realised he just looks uncanny because there is a big change and we are not used to it, like when you don't like a haircut at first. Outward gonions and jaw width = cheekbone width creates an uncanny, boxy effect but the main problem is the lack of fat in his nasolabial region due to ageing, making his mouth area look weird. The jaw implants are actually quite good.
