Did malnourishment stunt my growth?

So I have really weird proportions and i think my growth might have been stunted due to malnourishment when i was younger. I was frequently sick, got allergies, had to go to the hospital because i got so ill because hadnt eaten anything.
I was kinda like this up till 12-13 i was very small everybody was much bigger then me i started eating like crazy then teenager

Now im 23, 180cm i have a huge jaw with a warrior skull. I very rarely get skull or jaw mogged, my dick is like 8 inches, feet size 46, huge hands i hand mog whenever i shake hands or fist bump. Broad shoulders and back aswell. My father was 6'2.

Would i have been taller if i wasnt malnourished? Why do i have such weird proportions i have never encounterd somebody with this type of proportions.

Sound like a beast tbh, my dad's kinda similar he's 180cm and has huge hands and wide shoulders idk how big his dick is tho lol
