Did mewing ruin my face?

I think when i have been mewing maybe year ago i think it made my whole face expand and it made my face squared and wide. Or was it just puberty and all that. Anyone knows how to fix this now cuz im scared if its permanent rn.

Nah just regular mewing with time my tongue started automatically resting on top of the mouth so i dont even think about it when i do it

Yes it does my face is literally likea square the cheekbones the jaw became wider and it does not look good after mewing before that my face was completely normal

The idea of mewing is to ensure you don't mouth breathe or practice any other negative oral postures. It isn't to clench your jaw 24/7 and give yourself tongue strain, as this will provide detrimental effects to the function and appearance of your jaw.

I would advice you stop doing it now, and hope that any changes were just from genetics. The idea is that the changes will only look weird if you do not have a natural/average body shape due to diet or bad habits, so eat properly, don't touch your face with dirty hands, sleep properly, and then take a chill pill brother.
