Did MK677 or HGH fucked up anyone's face or eye area?

I don't know if it was MK677 that did it, but after it, my eye area started to look strange and not normal. My face structure also changed too but it could be due to wisdom teeth extraction.
No matter how hard I try to look like my past, changing angles and everything, I cannot get my old looks back, and this change happened between 23-24. No way there would be a big change at this age.
And yes, it is for the worse imo. Strangely, I also lost a lot of confidence from this too.

wisdom teeth removal don't change face

it causes resorption, but shouldn't be too severe.
