Did my clavicles grow?

I used to have wide ass hips and I looked like a framecell with Klinefelter, is this simply muscle growth in the delts or clavicle growth? I was 16yo in the first pic, 18yo now, I have been going to the gym for 1 year now, 20%bf btw
