Did my first test injection

Today i injected 0.5ml of the 250mg test e glass ampoule, and i left 0.5 on another syringe in which i placed a new needle for the the next injection (i don't have a rubber stopper vial), i feel soreness in the injection area in my hip is this normal ? (used 25g 1 inch)

You need to ensure you convert the mL to mg.
 
atleast they are doing something unlike me...
You are better off not looksminning your self imo, test bloat is real because of aldosterone, high E2 and other receptor interactions.

Not even speaking of the 1000 other sides LOL
